 Business Renaissance Man
Nitin Nohria is the Richard P. Chapman Professor of Business Administration. His research centers on leadership, corporate accountability, and organizational change. Co-author of ten books, his most recent, What Really Works: The 4+2 Formula for Sustained Business Success (Harper Business, 2003) is the culmination of a systematic large-scale study of the management practices that create business winners. The Differentiated Network: Organizing Multinational Corporations for Value Creation (Jossey-Bass, 1997), won the 1998 George R. Terry Award, given by the Academy of Management, for the best book written by an academy member.
