Steve Denning is the premier consultant and author of books on the power of storytelling as a leadership and communication tool. Steve, a former director of KM at the World Bank, now works with organizations worldwide on knowledge management and capturing organizational knowledge through stories. His clients include scores of Fortune 500 companies.

Formerly Program Director of Knowledge Management at the World Bank, Steve was selected as one of the world’s Ten Most Admired Knowledge Leaders (Teleos), along with Jack Welch and John Chambers, in November 2000.  In April 2003, he was ranked one of the World's Top Two Hundred Business Gurus by Davenport & Prusak in What's The Big Idea? (Harvard Business School Press, 2003).  He is also a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and has published a novel and a volume of poetry.
