Daryl R. Conner is chairman and co-founder of Conner Partners®, an Atlanta-based consulting firm that specializes in strategy execution. He founded ODR®, a training and consulting firm specializing in large-scale organizational change, in 1974. In 2004, he relaunched the company as Conner Partners, incorporating ODR’s tools and methodologies into a larger strategy execution framework called Execution Engineering™ An internationally recognized leader in the field of change management, Daryl Conner serves as a leading advisor and educator to senior executives across the globe. Mr. Conner has addressed hundreds of companies and thousands of executives in internal corporate forums, at national conferences, and at public programs on the subjects of building nimble organizations, managing critical change initiatives, and developing a resilient workforce.

Mr. Conner has authored more than 250 publications, including journal and magazine articles, monographs, and book chapters on the subject of change management. He is the author of:
