Business Philosopher

Don is a leading author, editor and consultant in the knowledge management industry.  He is currently editor of Knowledge Directions, the journal for the IBM Institute of Knowledge Management, as well as their Knowledge Connections newsletter.

He coauthored, with Larry Prusak, In Good Company: How Social Capital Makes Organizations Work (Harvard Business School Press, 2001). His articles have appeared in the Harvard Business Review, California Management Review and Knowledge and Process Management.  Don speaks eloquently on the topics of knowledge management and social capital with a particular expertise on communication-related issues.
